Quality Is Not a Department. It Is How We Engineer.

Every SaveEco system is designed, manufactured, and commissioned under a rigorous quality framework — from first drawing to final handover. Our certifications are not wall certificates. They are working standards applied on every project.

The standards we are held to. On every project.

ISO 9001:2015

Quality Management System certification covering the full project lifecycle — engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning. Audited and maintained across all SaveEco operations.

CE Certification

All manufactured equipment meets CE marking requirements — confirming conformity with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards. Applicable to all systems supplied for Indian and international projects.

EN 1090 / EN 3834

Structural steel fabrication and welding quality certification. Applied on international projects including deliveries to France, Australia, and Dubai. Demonstrates manufacturing capability to the highest European structural standards.

Third-Party Inspection

Every critical manufacturing milestone is independently verified by internationally recognised inspection bodies:

  • BVQI
  • SGS
  • Lloyd’s Register
  • TP (Third Party)

Built in. Not bolted on.

Quality at SaveEco is not a final inspection. It is embedded at every stage of project execution.

Engineering Stage
  • Design reviews and HAZOP at every project milestone
  • Drawings and calculations checked and approved before fabrication release
  • Material specifications verified against project and regulatory requirements
  • Software: SAP · SolidEdge · CFD · CRM
Manufacturing Stage
  • In-house fabrication at ISO 9001:2015 certified Pune assembly hubs
  • CE-certified welding and fabrication processes throughout
  • Third-party inspection at all critical hold points — BVQI / SGS / Lloyd / TP
  • Full material traceability via SAP-driven procurement and inventory management
Commissioning Stage
  • Performance validation against guaranteed design parameters before handover
  • Acceptance testing documented and signed off
  • Full O&M documentation package handed over at project close
Post-Commissioning
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts with scheduled quality audits
  • Performance re-assessment against original design benchmarks
  • Non-conformance tracking and corrective action management

One team. One point of accountability.

SaveEco operates a single-point EPC accountability model. The engineer who designs the system is present at commissioning. The same team remains available through the system’s operating life via our SaveEco Lifecycle programme.

There are no handoffs between design and build. No gaps between specification and delivery. No subcontractor disclaimers.

What this means in practice:
Every project has a named SaveEco project engineer accountable from audit to handover
Design changes require formal engineering review and approval — not site-level workarounds
Commissioning sign-off requires performance validation against the original design guarantee
Any underperformance post-handover is addressed by the original project team

Safe sites. Clean operations. No exceptions.

  • All site installation teams operate under SaveEco HSE protocols
  • Method statements and risk assessments prepared for every installation activity
  • Zero-tolerance policy on unsafe work practices — on our sites and client sites
  • Environmental impact considered at design stage — not as an afterthought
