Multi Modal Conveying Matrix
SaveEco Energy India Pvt. Ltd. engineers pneumatic conveying and bulk material handling systems that integrate seamlessly across industrial transport modes — road, rail, sea, and intermodal containers. All systems are engineered to EPC standards for industrial plants, terminals, and conveying integrators.
- The Multi Modal Conveying Matrix
Four transport modes. One integrated bulk material handling system.
Each transport mode below details the source-to-destination transfer paths, engineering approach, and key system specifications. All paths utilise enclosed, dust-free pneumatic conveying or fluidisation-assisted systems — consistent with industrial EPC engineering standards.
MODE 01
Road Bulker Systems
Road tanker and bulker unloading systems form the most common last-mile bulk material transfer interface at industrial plants. SaveEco integrates pressure-differential and vacuum pneumatic conveying systems to enable fully enclosed, dust-free unloading of powder and granular materials from road bulkers directly into plant storage or onward transport.
Road Bulker → Silos
Direct Silo Filling
Pressure-differential unloading directly to storage silo — primary last-mile transfer path for cement, fly ash, lime, and mineral powders.
Road Bulker → Rail Wagons
Bulker-to-Wagon Transfer
Cross-modal transfer from road tanker to rail wagon at rail sidings for onward bulk rail distribution.
Road Bulker → Tank Containers
Intermodal Fill
Filling ISO tank containers from road bulker discharge for flexible intermodal onward logistics.

MODE 02
Rail Wagon Systems

Rail wagon unloading demands robust fluidisation and pneumatic conveying systems capable of handling high-volume, time-critical bulk material discharge. SaveEco designs bottom-discharge and pressurised hopper wagon unloading systems integrated with air fluidisation beds and dense or dilute phase pneumatic conveying pipelines.
Rail Wagon → Silos
Primary Unloading
High-capacity pneumatic transfer to storage silos for cement, minerals, chemicals, and food-grade powders.
Rail Wagon → Road Bulkers
Cross-Modal Distribution
Direct cross-loading from wagon discharge to road bulker fill port for regional distribution from rail heads.
Rail Wagon → Tank Containers
Intermodal Transfer
Transfer from rail to ISO tank containers using intermediate receiving hoppers and pneumatic fill systems.
MODE 03
Ship Transfer Systems
Port and terminal bulk material transfer requires high-throughput unloading systems capable of handling large cargo volumes from open-hatch bulk carriers. SaveEco engineers pneumatic ship unloading systems and mechanical transfer interfaces that connect terminal discharge directly to plant storage silos or intermediate material handling infrastructure.
Ship → Silos
Shore-Side Silo Transfer
Pneumatic conveying pipelines connect ship-board unloaders or shore-based suction systems to terminal storage silos — continuous enclosed bulk material transfer from vessel hold to plant storage.
Ship → Road / Rail / Tank Container
Direct Onward Dispatch
Material transferred direct from ship to road bulker loading, rail wagon filling, or tank container fill stations — minimising intermediate port storage.
- Specialized Bulk Carriers
Cement Carriers & Self-Discharging Vessels
Equipped with on-board air fluidisation and pressure-discharge systems, these vessels discharge directly into shore-side pneumatic pipelines connected to storage silos — eliminating grab unloaders or mechanical conveyors.
Pressurised Hopper Vessels
Used for fine powders such as fly ash, alumina, and lime — discharge via bottom valves into pneumatic conveying lines at controlled pressure differentials.

All interfaces are engineered for dust-free, enclosed transfer — from vessel hold to plant storage — as a complete EPC scope including receiving hoppers, pipeline routing, diverter valves, and silo top bag filters.
MODE 04
Tank Container Systems

ISO tank containers offer flexible, intermodal bulk powder logistics across road, rail, and sea. SaveEco designs pneumatic conveying and air fluidisation systems for both filling and discharging tank containers at industrial plant interfaces, ensuring dust-free, contamination-free material transfer across the logistics chain.
Tank Container → Silos
Container Discharge
Air fluidisation-assisted discharge from 25–30 m³ ISO tanks to plant receiving hoppers and onward pneumatic conveying to storage silos.
Silos → Tank Container
Container Filling
Dense or dilute phase filling from plant silos into ISO tank containers for intermodal outbound logistics by road, rail, or sea.
- Complete Source-to-Destination Transfer Matrix
Every verified transfer path — all four transport modes.
The full conveying matrix defines every verified bulk material transfer path supported by SaveEco’s pneumatic conveying and handling systems across all four transport modes. No open transfer or manual handling is required in any path.
