Manufacturing & Logistics
SaveEco manages the manufacturing and supply chain execution phase of every EPC project — translating engineering design into fabricated equipment, sourced components, and coordinated delivery to the project site. Manufacturing execution is directly governed by the engineering documentation package, ensuring that what is built precisely matches what was designed.
Bulk material handling equipment manufacturing for pneumatic conveying systems includes pressure vessels, conveying pipelines, metal-to-metal seated valves, air slides, silo structures, and associated mechanical and electrical components. Each equipment category has defined fabrication standards, material specifications, and quality inspection requirements.

Pressure Vessel Fabrication — Dense Phase Conveying Systems
The pressure vessels that form the core of dense phase conveying systems are fabricated to defined pressure codes and material standards — ensuring structural integrity at operating pressures up to 3.5 bar. Vessel capacity range covers 0.04 m³ to 30 m³ across the dense phase product range, from Series Master-Slave hopper collection vessels through to large Twin Tandem storage and conveying vessels. Internal surfaces, inlet and outlet connections, and valve mounting arrangements are fabricated to match the engineering design and material compatibility requirements for the specified bulk material — whether cement, fly ash, gypsum, lime, coal, alumina, or specialty chemical powders.
Metal-to-Metal Seated Valves and Pipeline Components
Dense phase conveying systems handling abrasive bulk materials require valve designs that maintain sealing performance through high-cycle operation in abrasive service. SaveEco specifies and sources metal-to-metal seated valves — a key component in STAG AG’s dense phase system design — which provide reliable sealing without elastomeric seat wear. Pipeline components, bends, and wear-resistant sections are selected based on material abrasiveness and conveying velocity, and are fabricated or sourced to the specifications established in the engineering phase.

Silo Engineering and Fabrication
Storage silos for bulk materials — cement, fly ash, gypsum, lime, alumina, and coal — are designed and fabricated as part of the complete system package. Silo design includes aeration floor design for fine powders, anti-arching provisions for cohesive materials, level measurement system integration, and discharge valve specification. Silo structural design coordinates with civil and foundation engineering at the project site.
Component Sourcing and Supply Chain Coordination
Electro-mechanical components — compressors, blowers, control panels, instrumentation, conveying pipes, expansion joints, and associated fittings — are sourced from approved vendors aligned with the engineering specification. For projects with STAG AG equipment supply, SaveEco manages the import logistics, customs clearance coordination, and integration with India-fabricated components — ensuring that the complete system arrives at site in the correct sequence for installation.
Factory acceptance testing (FAT) of equipment assemblies is carried out prior to dispatch where required by the project specification or client requirement. FAT verifies that fabricated equipment meets the engineering design intent before it leaves the manufacturing facility.

Logistics and Site Delivery Coordination
Industrial conveying system components — particularly large pressure vessels, silo sections, and structural steelwork — require careful logistics planning for road transport, especially at sites with restricted access. SaveEco coordinates transport route assessment, over-dimensional load permits where required, and site delivery sequencing aligned with the installation programme. Timely and correctly sequenced equipment delivery to site is a critical factor in maintaining project schedule.
